At Holt Family Cattle, we’re a family-run Hereford operation rooted in Idaho and built on a passion for raising functional, high-quality cattle. What started with a single female from Split Butte has turned into a growing program focused on producing sound, dependable cattle we believe in. 

Scott, Kim, Emilee, and Ben make up HFC. Both Emilee and Ben are past members of the Idaho and National Junior Hereford Associations and continue to stay involved with ties to their day jobs.
